Last night, after Jonas made an online application for his Australian citizenship, I made a fruity, creamy cocktail to celebrate.
A punnet of strawberries had been pushed so far back in our frigde that they froze against the back wall. I used these, some left over thickened cream, a splash of milk and some delicious liqueurs (Jago's & Chambord) to create Pink Pudding: thick and luscious.
Pink Pudding
Anna’s very own recipe. Serves 2.
Ingredients:
90ml Jago's Vanilla Vodka Cream
45ml Chambord
1 cup frozen strawberries, hulled and quartered
65ml milk
65ml cream
Method:
Place all ingredients in the blender and process until combined.
